Working with Aberdeenshire Council as their framework contractor  for social housing EWI  comprising the upgrading of 304 of 'Cruden' House types project successfully delivered over 3 phases.

Project  Feature

The Cruden properties located near the coastal fringes required substantial repairs to the structural steel prior to the installation of the structural boarding. 

Andrew Shepherd Construction has invested heavily in training for these systems and is a BBA  accredited and Green Deal/ECO approved installer of both internal and external wall insulation systems to PAS2030.

Upgrading of 304 of 'Cruden' House types (i.e. concrete panelled houses tied to steel structure) throughout Aberdeenshire over a 3 years period by: (a) the installation of a structural EWI and rendered panel system to the external walls of the houses, with (b) concrete repairs to the column bases of the steel frame, and (c) various associated works; replacement, window/door flashings, partial replacement external doors and windows, rain water goods in occupied homes.
